The rudest customer service ever. Couldn't open windows in a flat for over 6 months due to construction work that was meant to take 1 month They also told me that it isn't possible for them to wipe your keycard, so if you lose it, anyone can get in the building... seems safe. ...

Referencing fees are a joke. I have rented for 15 years with 6 different agencies, this is the only one that charges a referencing fee. They should be locked up.

My son is waiting for his deposit to be returned after 6 weeks. They are making lots of excuses. So far 6 phone calls and an email and still...they haven't returned it. Has anyone had a similar experience? They use excuses like...a manager left, can't access their email, oh a joint tenancy, we can't pay it back to you, even though you paid it direct. Seems like they don't automatically pay your deposit back. And if you chase it, lots of excuses. Disgrace, hanging on to a young persons money when ...

* Payment of interest for the late payment of rent at a rate of 3% above Bank of Englands base rate.
* Payment of any unpaid rent or other reasonable costs associated with your early termination of the tenancy
