Both Lidia and Mr Nicholas Martin were rude, aggressive and hostile to the young female members of the team. Some people think it is ok to be rude, demeaning and aggressive to staff members and think they can speak to them in any manner they wish because they are young and female. Both people who wrote these reviews are nothing but mature, modern day bullies. I have a duty to protect my team members by standing up to this behaviour and I would do the same again tomorrow.
