We are the top selling agent in our area, and we have sold more properties in Crediton and surrounds than all the other local estate agents put together! We were voted The Sunday Times Estate Agency of the Year in 2013, 2014 and 2015 for Best Single Office in the South West. We have not yet paid the fees. We were told at the beginning that Helmores was not one of the cheapest but we chose to go with quality. We were also told that there might be room for negotiation on this fee.
