Sadly we were thoroughly ignored throughout our tenancy. Impossible to reach by calling or texting. Some requests were never completed. We never received our additional pair of magnetic fobs which were promised initially. Some emergency requests regarding electricity were completely ignored. Overall just not helpful....

Tenants are to pay a deposit of five weeks rent where the annual rent is under £50,000.00.

Default Rent Payment

If a tenant/tenants default on their rent payment, interest charges of 3% above the Bank of England base rate in interest on the late payment of rent will be due from the date the payment is missed.
