Never use. I checked houses sold through Zoopla and Rightmove and PB's sold non in my area, misleading. Next, no detailed valuation or specific terms sent after signing up just a prominent pic of house, (As soon as you click on the image later discover you are supposed to have waived your right to a cool off period by doing so). Have you considered that if you sold it within 24 hours that you probably didn’t achieve the highest price? We put one on the market on Thursday and within 8 hours had an offer of full asking price. We advised our vendor to hold back and within a week we had an offer that’s now proceeding £20,000 above! ...
