Honestly this company is terrible- no information, communication is absolutely abysmal. Several times we were accused of not sending documents when they had been sent. Prices were higher than usual, Satnam is absolutely useless. Would never go through them again.

Your review is false this has not happened i do not recall where someone has dropped out due a tenancy agreement being incorrect. Reiss-Samuels do not prepare the assured shorthold tenancy agreements and you would no that if you were going to rent through us.

Firstly the landlord gave three extensions for the guarantor/guarantors to complete the reference process which included filling in application forms and providing documentation. All confirmed in writing. The prospective tenants were well organised no issues there.
On the 3rd March i convinced the landlord to give your guarantor additional time for his paperwork to come through which he agreed to do. This is all confirmed in writing

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.

Reiss-Samuels email all prospective tenants in regards to paperwork that is required before deposit is paid clearly indicating what documents are required if tenants or guarantors don't follow procedure then problems will occur
If you had felt the rental prices were above your budget you should of viewed property at a lower budget
Regarding the signposting we have reception area apologies if you felt there was not a big reiss-samuels banner covering the building
Regarding the building itself we will discuss this with the building manager to make it less scary for the general public coming in the future
