Thank you for your 4 star review for the team at our Braintree office. Having checked your file thoroughly, I am a little surprised to note your comments. The transaction itself, from the point of sale to exchange and completion, took less than two months. Given the industry average is currently around five months, it is pleasing to note the team managed to achieve these timescales. It will of course always depend on the number of parties involved in the chain.
