What agent could do to change your mind?
Until I have a reasonable response to my concerns over the application process and a breakdown of how the fees are spent I would not recommend JF again - despite their otherwise excellent service

I feel admin fee's for lettings in general are extortionate. I paid around ‚£360 to the agent to let this house. I would like to see a detailed breakdown of where this money is going. Saying that, this agents fees fall in line with the average, if not below the average for the area.
