We were advised of the rent we could expect which was more than we hoped for and this made it easier to decide which level of fee to go for and the management fee was exactly the price we expected, and we feel happy the property will be in good hands.

There are agents out there charging less however they dont seem to do as much work for them! We have had regular telephone calls and emails from Jan forster which in my opinion justifies the fees.

The fee is very cheap, considering the area, and the size and the beautype of the flat..also I have learned that the house owners here pay ‚£80 a month, for maintenance, such as cleaning of the stair Wells, gardening, and the windows being cleaned every month, so when taken this into consideration, your monthly rent comes down to only ‚£420 a month ....°Å¸Ëœâ‚¬

A tad hard to bare as i paid two fees since I am moving for the 2nd time within a six month period. The staff are well worth the fee (if you move once a year max it's incredible good value for money).
