James Bennett has been ignoring all maintenance emails and issues since I moved in, because of that I have been seeking legal advice which has resulted in me withholding my rent until someone comes to fix them. I understand the maintenance issues were raised via our Arthur app on the 22nd of January, and we rectified these issues on the 23rd, the next working day. Hi, Thank you for your review, and for taken the time to leave us your feedback. I am sorry to hear that your time at Parliament Place did not live up to your expectations. To clarify, our secure parcel collection is based at Queensland Place, a building we manage very close by, this is signposted in Parliament Place. In terms of security, we have Facilities Managers on site twice per day, and 24 hour security monitoring by our security at Queensland Place nearby, so that any emergencies ...
