You are so right! I can only think of a few slight improvements too here are some nothing big though! Giving tenants hot water might be a start, its a basic human right to sanitation, but its perfectly okay not having it for 6 months not surprised you re-booked. The staff are so rude and have no respect for students, but that's okay too. They could maybe improve by stop keeping information from us about who our landlord is and why they won't pay for repairs, only a little thing though fraud isn' ...
