The agents fees where absolutely fine, we were using a finacial advisors to help us with our mortgage process. With that cost as well the estate agents fees where hardly noticed so that tells you how reasonable they were.

We negotiated our fees which were comparable with other agent's fees. We consider that the fees were money well spent. We paid extra for the fine and country brochure which our buyers told us was instrumental in their interest in the property.
