good luck on getting your deposit back hope you win your court case im filed a complaint against them earlier fot falsafying information misleading to to obtain my application fee there greedy and like taking money but not giving it back even when there clearly in the wrong the deposit like you say is hold up in a scheme thats why he did this to the meters so he could keep your money ...

One persons definition of clean can sometimes be different to anothers. Tenants can always complain to the property ombundsman if it's a real complaint that hasn't been dealt with correctly by the agent. As a landlord I look for that when choosing an agent. If not a real complaint, then it's an easy, anonymous, and sometimes malicious moan (looking at others listed) on a website that can damage a persons business. Yes, they have served me well so far and it continues to work out for me. ...

Hi, I would like to add that on my experience of the same office in Horsforth. To be totally shocking and outrageously impossible to deal with. As I waited 6 months for a new boiler to be fitted that they avoided as long as they could as they stated with email proof of them saying the landlady cannot afford it... they agree to all requrments and feed you false and misleading information to get your application fees then you discover the truth aftrdwards,and they will do anythink to avoid you getting that property you paid the fees on so they can do it again probaly to some other un suspecting victim i told them i wanted to file a complaint and they said instaed of gaurantor i cuold pay 3 mnths rents in advance at 1st i was told ide not need any gaurantor then they made out the cred check said i needed on ...
