I am afraid that these comments are particularly unfair as the tenants were not informed that they could store a bicycle it what is clearly a "common area" in the block which is also a fire escape passage. Common sense should prevail here it is for their safety as well as for the safety of others. the agent should have met with me at many request to hand over apartment at the end of the lease, the review written was unfair and inconsequential, no passage of information from landlord to tenant. in the end I had to enlist the help of a credit collection agency.

Unfortunately by leaving an anonymous review this person has not given us the opportunity to address the points they have raised specifically. It must be remembered that we have a duty of care to the tenant but ultimately the landlord is our client. We do not have a mandate to undertake expensive works without a landlord's consent and this can be frustrating for us and tenants at times.
