I can comment on the last bit of your review. We had this with Northwoods but i phoned the referencing agency and they said we could submit 6 months worth of bank statements showing the rent has been payed on time. It's not always easy for estate agents to get straight back to tenants regarding repair works when a proeprty is managed on behalf of the landlord. Why? Because without any confirmation as to whether they are or are not allowed to do works has to be authorised by the landlord.
