Overall Fees
£0 (inc. VAT), On Completion (Fees are negotiable)Landlord Fees – We offer half price management for the first three months under management at 5% (+VAT).
Our tenant find fee on a managed property is £325 (+VAT) for properties marketed under £400 pcm and is £400 (+VAT) for properties marketed above £400 pcm.
We do offer discounts if a tenant moves out early (Call for more info).
We also offer a RENT FOR FREE option (No initial tenant find fee) if the property is located in Newcastle or Gateshead and will rent to a professional only tenant from the start.
Tenant Fees range from £140 to half a month’s rent (Inc VAT)
Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
