Tara , I could not agree more. Most Estate agents act to get the best deal for their clients but as you say their only advice is to keep dropping the price. They are unprofessional and many of them do not have the skills to do the job. We ended up providing photo's of our own, redrawing the plan and writing the description. The current agent has never even visited the property and tries to give advice on how to market it. Totally useless!! ...
