Very, very poor service. Not co-operative at all, even for the easiest of issues/cases. They screen calls to avoid dealing with people. Such a poor service and handling of business in general that I would not recommend Willmott's to anyone. I'm sure not all ...

ASSIGNING YOUR TENANCY IF APPLICABLE:

Tenancy Assignment Fee: £50 (Inc VAT)

We aim to keep tenants fees as low as possible. Our fees are probably the lowest in the whole of London and we aim to keep it that way. We strive to provide tenants with a first-class service throughout with the minimum level of fees.

ENDING YOUR TENANCY:
Check out Fees: - £See below - Fee applicable is per property not per tenant. Attending the property to undertake an update Schedule of Condition based on the original inventory and negotiating of the security deposit(s).

Unfurnished/Furnished 1 Bed £110 (Inc VAT)
Unfurnished/Furnished 2 Bed £120 (Inc VAT)
