Thanks for a rather patronising reply to the feedback. You need to understand that not all critical feedback is because of the outcome of the process. There CAN be valid ground for a critical feedback as well. I suppose if your premise to deal with negative feedback is that it’s because the customer is not happy with the outcome then I see no hope in you improving the way you deal with customers.
